Fresh Oysters: Three East Coast and three West Coast oysters served with horseradish, mignonette, honey Sriracha, and lemon.

Roasted Tomato Bruschetta: Italian burrata, mozzarella, and pesto on a toasted baguette.

Beef Carpaccio: Lightly seared and sliced beef, parsnip purée, pickled blueberry, garlic chips, and arugula shoots.
Lobster Bisque: Finished with crème fraîche and chives.

Duck Breast: Pan-seared duck, parsnip purée, braised cabbage, and chocolate-cherry jus.
